Amy B. Shepherd, M.D.

Dr. Shepherd joined Children’s Medical Group in 2012. A native of Shelby, MS, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Millsaps College in 1997. Dr. Shepherd earned her medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in 2001 and completed her Pediatric training there in 2004. Before coming to CMG, Dr. Shepherd served as Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at UMC specializing in pediatric emergency medicine. Dr. Shepherd is married with one child and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and boating.
