Prescription Refills

All prescription refill requests must be reviewed by your child’s physician to determine if your child has been seen within an appropriate time period for the refill to be medically appropriate or whether your child will need a check-up before having any prescriptions refilled.

Please note:

  • Prescription refills requests will now be processed thru our new Patient Portal. Click HERE to connect to the Patient Portal and request an account.
  • We can only respond to refill requests during regular office hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday).
  • Our nurses typically process refill requests within 24 hours of receipt and most prescription refills are transmitted electronically to your pharmacy.
  • Online refill requests made after-hours or on weekends are received by your child’s nurse on the next regular business day.
  • Refills for certain restricted medications cannot be transmitted electronically or called in to your pharmacy and must be printed and physically signed by your child’s physician. These prescriptions must be picked up at your clinic and taken to your pharmacy.
