Billing & Insurance

You are financially responsible for all the medical care provided to your child. If you have insurance, we will file your insurance claim for you. However, you must bring your insurance card with you in order for us to file your claim. Any charges not covered by your insurance plan are your responsibility. Any deductibles and co-pays are due at the time of service.

It is important to remember that your insurance contract is between you and your insurance company. If your insurance plan changes at any point, it is your responsibility to notify us in a timely manner to avoid any delays in payment. If you do not have insurance, payment in full for all services provided is due at the time of service.

You will receive a monthly billing statement from our office detailing any outstanding balances. We expect payment in full in a timely manner. Payment can be made in any of the following ways:

  • By mail to: Children’s Medical Group, 1867 Crane Ridge Drive, Suite 101B, Jackson, MS 39216
  • In person at one of our clinics with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, debit card or HSA card
  • By phone (601-362-8776) with Visa, MasterCard or HSA card
  • Online with Visa, MasterCard, HSA card, debit card or bank draft by clicking HERE

If you have financial problems that result in a payment delay, please contact us. We won’t know you are having problems unless you tell us. We will make every effort to work out an acceptable payment plan to enable you to take care of your obligation. If all efforts fail, formal collection efforts may be necessary.

If you have questions or concerns about the billing process, please call our office at (601) 362-8776 and ask to speak to a Billing Representative.
